『Prapor』とは？
Prapor（プラパー）はノルビンスク地域封鎖を執行する維持基地の補給倉庫を担当する准尉。武器やアーマー、弾薬、手榴弾など汎用性の高いアイテムの品ぞろえをしている。
F-1ハンドグレネードを購入するのに便利。AKなどの東側の兵器を多く取り扱っている。

PMCレベル、信頼度、取引額に応じてトレーダーとの交換できるアイテムの種類が増える。強い装備や弾を変えるようになるので優先的に進めていこう。
『Prapor』の保険サービス
保険を請け負うトレーダーとしてPraporを選択できる。
Prapor以外だとTherapistが選択できるが、比較すると保険料金が安くなっている。帰ってくるアイテムが返却されるまでの時間は遅めだが、あくまで保険なので安いほうであるPraporを選ぶのが良い。
『Prapor』の修理サービス
武器やボディーアーマーの修理業者として選択できる。
Praporによる修理の品質は粗悪だが、コストパフォーマンスはトレーダーの中では一番高いものとなっている。
